The San Diego Dragons Hockey Club is launching our end-of-year fundraiser, and we hope you’ll join us in supporting this growing program. As a nonprofit organization, we bring youth hockey players from several states together to play AAA hockey during the spring and summer seasons—offering competitive play with a true VIP experience. Our mission blends culture, community, and the love of the game, giving players the opportunity to travel, make new friends, and develop the ability to play confidently with new teammates anytime, anywhere.
Running a program of this caliber comes with significant costs. With airlines now charging additional baggage fees, our travel expenses have increased as we transport all player gear to and from each event. We also provide multiple scholarships for families who otherwise could not participate. Professional gear cleaning, equipment replacement, tournament fees—the list of expenses continues to grow.
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive program that fosters a safe, supportive environment—free of rink drama, toxicity, bullying, or disrespect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for anything of that nature, and our returning players and families value this just as deeply as we do.
All donations are tax-deductible, and we can provide a formal receipt upon request. No donation is too small—we understand many families may be facing challenges. Sharing our fundraiser with friends and family is another meaningful way to support the Dragons without contributing financially. But if you are able to donate—whether it’s $1 or more—your generosity will directly impact the players who benefit most from this program. Help us reach our goal by year’s end!
