My Story
My daddy proudly served this country both in the U.S. Navy and later as a firefighter. He lived his life with courage, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to others. As a little boy, I would ask my daddy what he had done while he was working his long shifts. He would proudly say “fighting fire, and saving lives”. I’ll never forget those words. My daddy was, and still is, my hero.
In 2019, my daddy used his VA loan to purchase what he called his “final home.” His dream was to leave it as a legacy and a final gift to me, his child. He only got to enjoy his new home for a few short months, before a heart attack claimed his life. He was 84.
Because of the timing of his death, and the chaos of COVID right after, I was not added to the title of the home in time. I lost my job, personal illness became worse, and I fell behind on payments, and despite my best efforts, I am now facing foreclosure on January 2, 2026.
This home is more than just four walls. It’s the last piece of my daddy’s life, his legacy, his sacrifice — and the final gift he wanted to leave behind for me. Losing it would mean losing a piece of him forever.

Why I’m asking for Help
I need to raise $150,000 in 90 days to stop the foreclosure and keep this home. My family and friends have helped as much as they’ve been able. I wish I could, but I can’t offer rewards or products.
