We are thrilled to share some exciting news about Marley, our talented 15-year-old basketball player from Muriwai Beach, Auckland. Marley has been handpicked by Team Oceania United to showcase his skills at two prestigious prep tournaments in Seattle, Washington: The Northwest Elite Talent Showcase and Premier Spring Slam, both scheduled for April.
Marley's passion for basketball knows no bounds. He attends Massey High School in Auckland, where he dedicates countless hours honing his craft, fueled by the dream of following in the footsteps of his father and uncle to play college basketball in the United States.
This opportunity in Seattle could be a game-changer for Marley. It's a chance for him to compete against some of the nation's top high school players, with college scouts and recruiters watching closely. The exposure and experience gained from these tournaments could open doors to collegiate opportunities that Marley has been dreaming of.
