My name is Laura Adams and I am a Fashion Designer. Throughout this year, I've spent time designing a beautiful collection of patterns and fabric for The Pattern Boss by Laura Adams. A great deal of work has been done to make sure that this goal will inspire the closets of people all over the world. It is finally time to bring this endeavor to life.
I launched a successful Kickstarter campaign and met the bare bones goal of $8,500! Super exciting!! The STRETCH goal will allow for more advanced capabilities. First, professional dress forms that mimic natural bodies in petite, regular, and plus size. Next, a scanner software that transmits a paper pattern draft to a digital pattern with a simple snap. Lastly, a SUPER STRETCH goal will enable the purchase of a dye-sublimation printer, which can print fabric and pre-digitized fabric patterns.
Below is a detailed funding breakdown for each goal.
STRETCH GOAL - The $2,400 funds received from this campaign will cover:
- Digital Pattern Scanning Software ($850)
- 3 Professional Dress Forms - Women and Plus ($900)
- Fabric and Sewing Notions ($650)
SUPER STRETCH GOAL - Any additional funds received from the campaign will cover:
- 44" Dye-Sublimation Printer ($10,100)
- Large Format Heat Press 40" ($2,500)
The SAMPLE PATTERN COVERS below are the projected package design of the final product. These clothing patterns may or may not be included in the 2021 Pattern Collection. The full 2021 Pattern Collection will be revealed on October 4, 2020. Patterns will be available in sizes 0-32, based on a sizing chart developed by fashion designer Laura Adams.
