We are Australian composers bringing exciting, heart-filled new music
and we need your help.
Together, nine composers and 13 of Melbourne's finest musicians
have been hard at work preparing for audiences a programme of 11 new
compositions for an upcoming concert.
As a fully self-funded collective, with no funding support from
the government or any arts funding bodies, we rely entirely on ticket
sales to bring this music to audiences and to pay our fantastic
musicians for their hard work.
As you can imagine, with the recent concerns surrounding the
corona virus, it seems likely that audiences may be unwilling to
attend and support us with their normal numbers and enthusiasm. But we
believe in this music and the importance of continuing to make art,
especially in these uncertain times.
We are not directly impacted by the Australian government's
restrictions on large events, but the event will present a risk for
some of our amazing musicians, and so are having to rapidly transition
to a digital concert option.
We are committed to getting this music out to a wider audience
and now need your help to do so. We are looking at other ways to
distribute this music through video, audio, CD & DVD recording
options, but to make this happen, we will need your help!
We believe this music should be heard by as many as possible,
and are looking to have the full recording of the concert to be
available for free for a limited time period through a 'digital
concert hall' format. However, we can't make this happen without your
help and support.
We appreciate any support you can offer to ensure that great
music is still being made in this time of uncertainty!

You would love to support us, but can't be there in person? Perhaps you just want to be able to listen again and again? This is the option for you! Enjoy a recording of the full concert that you can listen to at home on your Hi-Fi, in your car or wherever you like with your phone and a pair of headphones. After the concert, we will send you a link to download a full recording of the concert that is yours to keep and enjoy.
Want a recording of the concert, but prefer a physical CD you can stick in your CD player? We will make one just for you, and we don't mean one of those home-made CDs that you're embarrassed to put on your shelf, but a nice-looking CD that you will be proud to display on your mantel.
Get early access to the recording before anyone else as well as a download of all of the audio tracks.
Want to support us but can't be there in person? Love watching a concert as much as hearing it? This is for you! We will record the full concert and send you a great video recording (with high def audio) of the entire concert that you can watch at home or anywhere else you like.
Become our patron saint! [If desired] We will list you as a sponsor in our programme and on any CDs/DVDs, on our website, and sing your praises to all who listen. Anonymous patrons are also welcome!
Do you like music? How about passionate artists doing what they do best? Do you LOVE it when the arts builds mutually beneficial relationships with business? We do, too! Become an official sponsor! We will display your signage at the concert (provided you can get it to us). We will list you as a sponsor in our programme and on any CDs/DVDs we produce. We will display your company's logo on our website along with a link to your business. We will post a thank you on social media that will be seen by around ~1000 people. We will also publicly thank you during the event. P.S. None of these quite fit you or your business? We can discuss ways of tailoring sponsorship to each other's advantage.
Would you like to commission a short work for Solo Piano? Composer, Christopher Healey will compose a new work and create a recording for you of it being played by a professional pianist. He will also provide a beautiful, printed and signed copy of the score for your personal collection. You will be listed on the title page as the dedicatee of the work. N.B. The composer is not personally keeping any of this amount (not a single cent!). All funds raised go towards the collective's expenses as a whole.
Commission an original work from composer and pianist, Sam Colcheedas. Sam will write and record a solo piano work for you! (Money goes towards the project expenses.)
