it has taken more than 1 year for my sister-in-law to swallow her pride and ask for help. Well, a good friend of mine told me to never under estimate the generosity of others. He said "We Have Not Because We ask Not"
Well, Here goes! This is my sister-in-laws' story.

Last March 28th, 2015, I gave birth to my little bundle of joy. She became the reason I wake up each day and like every mother, I have always prayed for her good health and for her to always stay healthy. We named our baby girl Sky Kryzt’l Qwynn. In her case, although we prayed for her to be healthy and to stay that way, we were given a challenge.
Six weeks after giving birth, my baby was diagnosed to have Biliary Atresia. It is a congenital liver disease with a still unidentified cause.
This condition commonly hit Asian baby girls. When we found out about it, we immediately asked how it can be treated. We were disheartened to know that it would cost us more than $100,000 USD.
The doctor however, informed us that we would have, several years’ time if the baby underwent the Kasai Procedure. This procedure would temporarily create bile ducts in the liver to allow the liver to excrete toxic wastes out of the body.
So in June 2015, Baby Sky underwent a major liver operation. We spent a lot of money and now we are financially depleted.
It was worth it because we thought that we would have time, however, we soon found out that time is a luxury my daughter didn’t have. Her response to the procedure was not favorable. As a result, she would need a liver transplant the soonest possible time.
As parents, my partner and I already committed to be donors, but we are financially challenged. We have barely recovered from the expenses of giving birth and the first major operation last June. Therefore, for the health and the future of my baby, for her to be given a chance to live in this world, to be given the chance for her to experience my love for her and even the people around me, I am with all sincerity and with all humility, seeking help from every avenue I can think of – Financial Help.
I have sold T-Shirts for the cause. I am selling Raffle Tickets for the same cause. If I could take her place I will.
It is so much painful to see my baby girl cry almost nonstop because of what she’s going through. She has lost weight and her tummy is getting bigger. She is in pain. I am in pain as well.
I can only do so much. If I could take her place, take her sickness into me so that she will be relieved of the things she’s going through, I would have already done that. But I can’t.
The only thing left for me to do is to NOT give up. She is fighting for her life and she is not giving up, so I don’t have the right to give up and no matter the circumstance, I will not give up on her.
i can’t imagine my life not being able to see her smile when I get home from work. I can’t imagine living a life where I can no longer hold her. I can’t imagine not being able to look forward to going home because my baby is no longer with me.
Please, I implore you to help me generate the funds needed to save her life.
Maybe if given at least 3 years, I could generate the necessary funds to have her undergo a liver transplant. However, I only have a few months. My baby is in dire need of a new liver. I am desperate.
I am now, in my humblest voice, asking for financial support from you and your organization.
Please, help me help her. She’s too young to be suffering like this but this is the life that we were dealt with, however, you can help make things better.
At the rate her health is deteriorating, she will need the transplant as soon as possible. Time is a luxury we both do not have.
I have already sought help from different charitable organizations. I have already done several fund raising activities to generate the funds but still, I am too far from my goal.
Please make a small sacrifice today. Instead of buying your favorite snack today, why not take that $1.00 and donate it to a worthy cause such as mine. Or how about donating that extra nickle that has been sitting in your PayPal account for years? Any little bit will help.
We know that what she’s going through right now seems to be really impossible, but we have faith that nothing is impossible in Jesus name.
