Sammie Needs Your Help to Have Critical Dental Extractions!

Earlier in September 2014, our rescue, No Kitten Left Behind-MN rescued a feral cat from our Annandale colony who had a horrific injury to his neck. It was determined that he had been attacked by a predator -- most likely a dog or coyote. During the surgery to repair his neck, the vet found that this cat (now called Samuel or "Sammie") had all four canine teeth broken off at the gum line.

We are asking for YOUR assistance to help us raise enough money so that Sammie can have surgery to remove these teeth.

The need to have this surgery is very great as without the surgery to extract his broken teeth, his mouth has a high possibility of getting infected to make his condition even worse!  It is critical that he has the surgery but we do not have enough in our rescue to afford his vet care.

For now, he’s in foster care and has recovered fully from the neck injury that he was suffering from when we rescued him... so we need the dental next.

Please spread the word and if you can donate, we ask for your assistance! The urgency of this cannot be overstressed. We just wish we had the pictures to show you of his mouth but because he is still feral, he won't keep seated enough for a picture.
