I was diagnosed with Stage II Testicular Cancer in January of this year. With my wife and family by my side, I begun my fight against cancer by first undergoing surgery and now finshing my 3rd cycle of chemotherapy.  I am incredibly humbled by the amount of support my family and I have received.

Being fortunate to live in the city of Houston, I have had access to the best care a person could want or need. MD Anderson has been nothing short of wonderful. From the nurses to oncologists to surgeons, being a patient here has really changed my entire perspective on life.

With great care comes great expense. It is definitely worth every cent. While I do currently have health insurance, I am not working full time. I do have FMLA leave of absence and an ongoing struggle with short term disability but unfortunately we are still struggling.

As the medical bills pile up and the income withers a bit due to my absence for treatments, we find ourselves relying on less to deal with more. We are asking for your help to pay for medical bills associated with the care I receive at MD Anderson. The wonderful people there are already working with us to setup payment plans. Anything you can do to help is deeply appreciated by family and I. Every penny means something.

Words fail me. I cannot express how much I appreciate each of you. Thank you all very much.
