A boy named Joey who died from cancer has inspired Mary McQueen from Hand and Beak to send sick children in hospital special, personalized greetings from Luigi the Lovebird (a real bird who caused a scene on Dragons' Den). Children LOVE Luigi!
A boy named Joey died recently from cancer. A week before Joey died Mary McQueen found out that he was a fan of her paper shredding, greeting-card-making pet, Luigi the Lovebird (who appeared on Dragons' Den) and sent him special greetings from Luigi. Children LOVE Luigi. Joey inspired the idea to send sick children special, personal greetings from Luigi, a real bird who was on national TV. But Mary needs sponsors to help brighten a child's day. Children will receive, by first name, a Hand and Beak greeting card with a cheerful, personal message from Luigi. Thank you for your help!!
