Who am I?
My name is Farhad. Since May 2024, I have been living in Bratislava, Slovakia, as a migrant worker. I am an ordinary person who came here to work honestly and build a normal life.
Summary
In November 2024, I was deceived into signing documents at a notary under the pretext of an employment contract. Almost a year later, I discovered that I had been unlawfully appointed as a director of a company with a €103,000 tax debt. The authorities confirmed that this case can only be resolved through court proceedings.

What are we trying to achieve?
This case is about protecting a person from being used as a “front” for someone else’s illegal activities. A successful outcome will help prove that vulnerable migrants should not be held responsible for fraud they did not commit and did not understand.
What is the next step in the case?
With the help of a lawyer, we will file a court claim to challenge my unlawful appointment as company director and to remove any legal responsibility placed on me as a result of the fraud.
