We are two people, trans and autistic, struggling with chronic pain and homelessness, and we have a van packed to the brim with our things and cats. It is hard to find safe places to sleep in the vehicle and Luke is experiencing a worsening in pain and thus losing their mobility, but we have been having trouble finding a wheelchair (searching through buy nothing fb groups because we can't afford a new one).

At this point we're overwhelmed and anxious sleeping in the Walmart parking lot and can't afford anymore nights at a campsite, nor can we afford a hotel, the latter of which would be preferred so we can sleep in a bed, take warm showers, and have some time to decompress so we can work on our individual tasks.

Luke is now taking commissions on ko-fi com/lukeorion (limited availability due to work being done on a small screen, but there are a few pre-made items for sale) in order to make some spare cash for food, gas, and medicine. Betty is hoping to code websites for people but she needs a mobile laptop to be able to effectively work on it as a gig, so that's another thing that would be extremely helpful for earning money with the help of affording it.
