This is Abby, an old lady Beagle. She was found on the streets in a terrible condition. Chronic skin infection, malnourished (vet said she did not eat in weeks), the usual ticks, dehydrated, worms, claws so long she could not even walk, and unfortunately three cancerous tumors. 

However, with the help of @Eva Mavrikios and @Elena Hileti, Abby (how I named her), found a warm bed in my house. It's been one month and a half, and she's been showing improvements already. 

Her skin cleared out much more, she gained weight, she got dewormed, wounds are slowly, but steady healing, her energy levels are high, and she is playful again. Cats beware! 

Elena and I have been contributing to her vet bills so far, but the critical step for removing the tumors is imminent. Because she is old the procedure is longer and more costly to make sure she can take the anaesthetic. 

I am sending a request to my network (animal lovers or not) to help with the vet bill. Any euro counts, and I would personally appreciate it a lot. 

Abby deserves a comfortable last stretch of her life, and I am sure many think alike.
