Hello my name is John Vergados and I am the editor of SKUNK Magazine and have been an advocate for legalizing cannabis throughout the world for over a decade.
On December 11th, 2015, I begin my fight for freedom, as I have been charged in Canadian Federal court for Importation, Possession, Possession with the Intent to Traffic, and Conspiracy to Import and Traffic cannabis seeds.
While I am confident that these charges are the raging last cries of a beast whose time has long come and gone, I need your help to fight these charges as they involve constitutional issues and these challenges are both lengthy and costly. I have spent over a decade fighting for people’s access to a healing plant, please help me carry on the fight.
