Hi thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page.
I'm just an ordinary girl, and like many others I would like to help people. I would like to volunteer with BuildAbroad and raise money to rebuil the beautiful Nepal after its earthquake in April and a bad aftershock in May. Many people lost their homes and their loved ones.
-Money Matters-
I am just a student and I don't have much myself, but I want to spread my enthusiasm, peace and love. I need your help with the finances.
Money is not necessarily important but to take part in a volunteering program I should raise £1,500. With your help this is possible and will affect all of us in a positive way.
-Travel the world. Make a difference.-
This summer I will be graduating from University of Portsmouth and believe that this is the time for me to get physically involved. I will spend three weeks helping rebuild villages around Kathmandu.
I have chosen to write about Humanitarian Architecture for my dissertation that discussed how architecture as a field of study should get more involved in post disaster reconstruction. I would really like to see how it really works on the 'other side'.
