Hi - My name is Claudia PauI, and I am a photographer based in Harlem, New York. I am raising money for my second trip to Africa to document the work of non-profit organization  Artists for World Peace at an orphanage in Kibosho, Tanzania.

Artists for World Peace has been working to improve the education, health and living standards of orphans and villagers in the remote region of Kibosho-Umbwe, Tanzania. This grassroots organization brings artists together to change the world, one person, one family, one community at a time.

Once again it is my turn to give of my talent to better humanity. Please help me travel to Tanzania this summer so I can continue to raise awareness and tell AFWP's important story with photography and video. In addition to the documentation of this great organization, my photographs and videos are an important source of promotion that is used for fund-raising.
You can watch the video of my last trip below.
"We don't always have the money - but we always have the passion !" - Wendy Black-Nasta, founder of Artists for World Peace

Many of you have asked for a way to directly support me, and this is how you can help !
I need your support so I can continue telling the story of this amazing group of artists who make a huge difference in the lives of the not-so fortunate.

Funds will be used for my travel expenses such as flight, insurance, vaccinations, visa, basic accommodation, food, etc., as well as some necessary photo/video equipment.

You can give any amount you wish (not limited to the perks listed on the right) - AND your donations will be tax deductible through Artists for World Peace.
If you want to pay by credit card - you still have to go through the PayPal button, but then you will have the option of continuing as a guest instead of signing in with your PayPal account !

  • For contributions of $250 and up, you will receive a beautiful signed fine art print from my last trip to Tanzania. You will be able to choose 1 out of these images:

To view the images bigger, please view on Dropbox!

  • And I am excited to also present a brand new perk for my top contributors:
As a Thank You for a $1000 donation, I am offering a 2-hour photoshoot in New York for you or your family. More info via the perks on the right side. This a fantastic opportunity to support a great cause and get some wonderful photos.

Should the fundraising surpass total expenses, all excess funds will go directly to AFWP - specifically towards school tuition for the orphans.

If you'd rather support my campaign offline - you can do so by writing a check as well.
