Indianapolis Thunder is a slow pitch softball team (CO-ED, men, and women) that will be heading out to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to play in the National Softball Association of the Deaf’s 39th Annual Tournament on August 7 through August 10.

It has been years since the city of Indianapolis had a team attending the tournament. The national tournament has always welcomed many teams from all over the nation, including California, Florida, Minnesota, New York and many more. Since Indianapolis is in the heart of America, players from this city has gone over to Chicago to play for their team, some went to Columbus, Ohio to play for them. This year is our second year that we had our own teams registered with the tournament. We are very excited.

We are seeking for sponsors and donation to help us to go to National Softball Association of the Deaf.

The nature of this letter is about sponsorships. We are looking for sponsors to help us obtain our uniforms, transportation costs, lodging costs and tournament fees. If you agree to sponsor our team in any type of form, we will honor you by using your logo to the nationals on our uniforms.

Deadline to agree to a sponsorship is on the 20th of June so that your business can be printed on our uniforms. If agreement comes past the deadline, we will have a signage that we will bring around with us and be put up in the dugout on the field we play in. The absolute final deadline is on the 1st of July.

              Donations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking time to read this.
