On September 13th the largest flood in over 100 years completely engulfed T&L Quarter Horses owned by Tom and Leslie Lange. They and their staff risked life and limb to save over 40 horses from drowning in water so high that boats were needed to reach them. Now Tom, Leslie, Jeff Burley, Nick Suft, Sarah Puerner and Kelly O’Connell have all lost their homes and belongings on the farm and the barns, tack, equipment, and entire facility is submerged under water. There is no telling how long it will be until humans or horses can return. As floods are rare in Colorado no one carries flood insurance. They need your help now to begin rebuilding. See this overhead picture of their ranch that is now completely a sea of water.
