Alex Frye was selected by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) to represent the United States at the 2013 “Jr Motocross World Championship” also referred to as the “Jr Motocross of Nations” to be held in the Czech Republic. He earned this opportunity because of his hard work and dedication to the sport of Motocross and he was selected to represent the greatest country in the world at the amateur motocross premier world event sanctioned by the Federation Internationale De Motocyclisme (FIM). This is truly an opportunity of a lifetime to participate in this prestigious event.

The FIM will provide a modest travel subsidy for each rider, but it covers less than 9% of the cost to attend the event. Airfare will cost 4700.00 USD and with additional costs of lodging, food, transportation and the shipping of bikes, parts etc… the race will cost close to $8000.00. The event takes place one week after the Loretta Lynn National Championship, which has associated costs of $4000.00 dollars.

The 2013 racing year brings challenges to the Frye family again, financially and logistically. Alex’s training program will step up to the next level, requiring the family to spend many months apart, while he pursues his dreams of racing professional MX. We are reaching out to our friends, family and supporters to help Alex reach his dreams. Anything that you can donate to the fund is greatly appreciated.
