Title: Legal Accountability Fund: Challenging Systemic Violations in BC
I am urgently seeking community support to secure independent legal representation to challenge a severe, multi-layered breakdown of public safety and institutional accountability across British Columbia.
For years and recently many months, I have been subjected to a relentless, documented campaign of coordinated stalking, harassment, and tracking across the BC and specifically the Lower Mainland. This tracking is constant and spans from my immediate residential area out into public spaces, businesses, and transit corridors, severely compromising my daily safety and physical security.
Despite compiling extensive video, bodycam, and dashcam logs capturing this clear forensic data, public oversight and safety systems have completely abandoned their duty of care. Multiple local and provincial institutions—including management authorities, emergency health services, and law enforcement agencies—have actively refused to investigate the ongoing patterns or uphold their legal responsibilities, leaving a citizen entirely unprotected.
Because this systemic failure involves interconnected public entities, this matter will require extensive, high-cost litigation that may ultimately need to be escalated to the Supreme Court to achieve true accountability and force a safe, permanent relocation.
I am raising funds incrementally to sustain a prolonged legal battle. This initial phase will directly fund:
Retaining independent litigation counsel to take over my file.
Comprehensive document and evidence log reviews.
Filing initial emergency legal actions to establish safety mandates.
