My name is Matheus, and I am going through a very delicate and urgent situation with my family, which is why I am asking for help.
A few years ago, my parents bought our house with a lot of effort and sacrifice. It is the place where we built our lives, our safety, and our memories. However, at the time of the purchase, unfortunately, the house was not officially transferred into their names correctly.
The previous owner sold the house to my parents, they made the payment, moved into the property, and took full responsibility for it, but the deed was never officially transferred to their names.
Over time, that previous owner passed away. Since the documentation had not been properly completed, the legal ownership of the house ended up being linked to his children, because on paper it was still under the former owner’s name.
Now we are facing an extremely short and worrying deadline: we only have 20 days to resolve this entire situation, regularize the deed, and officially transfer the house into my parents’ names. If this does not happen within this deadline, my mother faces the real risk of losing possession of the house, even though she paid for it correctly.
We are racing against time to gather all the necessary documents, pay notary fees, legal costs, and all the bureaucratic expenses involved in this process. Unfortunately, at the moment, our financial situation does not allow us to handle all of this alone.
In addition, I also need to pay off some urgent debts that are making this situation even more difficult. The amount needed for us to solve everything is close to 400 dollars, which will be essential to ensure that my family does not risk losing our home.
This is not just about money it is about protecting my family’s home, the place where we live and where we built our story.
