Standing with Steve: Strength in the Face of the Fight
Steve has always been the one behind the bar, a continued presence in our family, and the friend you can count on for a laugh or a helping hand. Whether he’s acting as a devoted son, brother, uncle, or father, his role has always been to support those around him. However, since early November, Steve has been facing a challenge unlike any other. After months of navigating medical visits, he was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. He is currently in the middle of an incredibly grueling chemotherapy and radiation regimen—one that his medical team describes as one of the toughest treatments they’ve seen. Through the pain and the natural frustrations of such a journey, Steve’s competitive spirit remains intact as he battles daily to beat this curable disease.
Although he will never admit it, because Steve hasn't been able to work during these past few months, the financial weight of medical bills and daily expenses has added an extra layer of stress to an already difficult time. We are hosting a series of charitable fundraisers to ensure Steve can focus entirely on his recovery without the worry of mounting costs. Your support, whether through attending an event or taking a friendly chance here, means the world to Steve and our entire family. 3 chances to win: both Final Four games ($250 each) and Championship game ($500).
Squares and winning & losing numbers will be randomly assigned.
You win if the last digit of the winning team’s score and last digit of the losing team’s score matches your square.
