Hi, I’m Daniel’s mother, Tracey, and I am honored to support him as
he continues his journey as an international Taekwondo athlete
representing Jamaica.
Daniel is 15 years old and has been training in Taekwondo since
he was just three. Through discipline, dedication, and relentless work
ethic, he has earned selection to represent Jamaica’s National Team on
the international stage.
He is a Canada Open G2 Bronze Medalist, competing against some
of the top athletes in the world. Daniel has also been featured in The
Jamaica Gleaner, Jamaica Star, and Jamaicans.com, highlighting his
growing impact in the sport.
Daniel is now preparing for a critical international competition
season, including:
• Junior World Championships – Uzbekistan (April 2026)
•
Pan American Championships – Brazil (May 2026)
• PATU
Presidents Cup – August 2026
• Youth Olympic Pathway – Dakar
(November 2026)
These competitions represent the global stage and serve as a
pathway toward future Olympic opportunities.
Daniel trains at an elite level while maintaining his academics
at Pembroke Pines Charter High School, demonstrating discipline,
focus, and commitment both on and off the mat.
He proudly represents Jamaica and our South Florida community,
grounded in a purpose that goes beyond competition:
“Daniel hopes to inspire other youth in our community by showing
what is possible through discipline, faith, and sport.”
Competing internationally carries significant expenses, including:

travel and competition fees
• National team gear and uniforms
• Training and preparation leading into competition
We are seeking support to help offset these costs so Daniel can
continue to compete at the highest level and represent Jamaica with excellence.
