J’annonce l’heureuse nouvelle que je poursuivrai ma deuxième année au Séminaire de la Communauté des chrétiens en Amérique du Nord à Toronto dès la fin septembre 2024 à juin 2025.
Auparavant, j’avais complété une année d'études à temps plein au Séminaire en 2021. Ensuite, du mois d'octobre 2022 à janvier 2023, j'ai été stagiaire à la Communauté des chrétiens de Colmar, la plus grande en France. De janvier 2023 à juin 2024, de retour à Ottawa, j'enseigne à Trille des Bois, école d'inspiration Waldorf publique et à Polaris School, école Waldorf indépendante. Pendant ce temps, je suis impliquée comme stagiaire aux congrégations d’Ottawa et de Montréal (toutes deux affiliées à celle de Toronto), les soutenant par l'entremise de rassemblements dévotionnels que j’ai aidé à créer. Ces dévotions mensuelles, faites en absence de prêtre, sont offertes en français à Montréal avec livrets anglais que j’ai préparé pour les participants anglophones. J’ai aussi eu le bonheur d’offrir des études bibliques en français via le Groupe d’études de Montréal, groupe virtuel et en présentiel que j’ai initié et qui se rencontre régulièrement. Je rédige aussi le bulletin bilingue de la Communauté de Montréal, en plus de celui en anglais d'Ottawa.

Dear Friends,
I am glad to announce that I will continue my second year at The Seminary of the Christian Community in North America in Toronto from the end of September 2024 to June 2025.
Previously, I had completed a year of full-time study at the Seminary in 2021. Then, from October 2022 to January 2023, I was an intern at the Christian Community in Colmar, the largest in France. From January 2023 to June 2024, now back in Ottawa, I teach at Trille des Bois, a public Waldorf-inspired school and at Polaris School, an independent Waldorf school. Concurrently, I am an intern at the Ottawa and Montreal congregations (both affiliated with the Toronto congregation), supporting them through devotional gatherings that I helped create. These monthly devotions, done in the absence of a priest, are offered in French in Montreal with English booklets that I prepared for English-speaking participants. I also had the pleasure of offering Bible studies in French via the “Groupe d’études de Montréal”, a virtual and face-to-face group that I initiated and which meets regularly. I also prepare the bilingual newsletter for the Community of Montreal.

À mon sujet
J'ai enseigné pendant plus de vingt-cinq ans à Ottawa (et à Varsovie, Pologne pour quatre d’entre elles), de la maternelle aux 1re à 5e années, presque toujours dans un cadre Waldorf, parfois public, parfois indépendants. Pendant environ sept ans, j'ai également travaillé comme conteur professionnel en fréquentant les écoles de ma région et d'autres provinces pour raconter et chanter. J'avais l'impression de transmettre une idée du monde spirituel à travers ce qui était un événement initiatique décrit à travers le langage des images dans les contes populaires traditionnels. Dernièrement, les années de la pandémie ont été pour moi une période de réévaluation. Celle-ci m’a finalement conduit au Séminaire. Je me suis senti appelé à participer à l'œuvre de guérison sacramentelle portée par la Communauté des chrétiens dans le monde. J'espère être accepté pour l'ordination plus tard en 2025.

About Me
I have taught for over twenty-five years in Ottawa (and Warsaw, Poland for four of them) from kindergarten to Grades 1 to 5, almost always in a Waldorf setting, sometimes public, sometimes independent. For about seven years, I also worked as a professional storyteller in schools in my region and other provinces to tell and sing. I felt as if I was imparting a sense for the spiritual world through what was an initiation event described through picture language in traditional folk tales. The recent Pandemic years have been, for me, a time of re-evaluation that eventually led me to the Seminary. I felt called to participate in the work of sacramental healing carried by the Christian Community in the world. It is my hope to be accepted in the Ordination process at a later time in 2025.

Ce serait d’une grande aide si je pouvais couvrir mes frais de subsistance et mes frais de scolarité liés au Séminaire grâce à vos contributions. The Fundraiser Goal
It would be a great help if I could cover my seminary-related living expenses and tuition through your contributions. The tuition at the Seminary is donation-based with students donating as much as they feel to be possible. The average possible amount is 6600 USD / 9000 CAD. This Seminary year, I will be living in Toronto from October to December, and then from March to June 2025 with a time in between for an internship work to be determined, but that I will arrange in order to obtain room and board.
