The funds being collected are for legal and investigation expenses associated with a 5 year old (which seriously escalated 33 months ago) case of aggravated assault & battery, domestic terrorism, & loss of civil & human rights, in a northern Colorado city. This case involves a 90 y/o disabled woman (my mother) & myself who have been made gravely ill by a breach we cannot locate into our home.

When you review the history of this case it actually extends beyond the 7 years we have owned our home as the prior owner had placed barriers around the home to attempt to stop infiltration. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the time limit or the property would have been back in their hands. It was during the first two years that the smells would waft in and out and were not incessant.

The atrocities associated with this "hell on earth" are considerable:

1. Loss of vision in both eyes of my mother ( she is legally blind) with cataract formation consistent with the acids and phosphine gas being forced into our home. I have also suffered some vision loss due to the acids and gas.
2. Sleep deprivation for my mother due to such considerable contamination in every area of our home that she has constant burning sensation over her entire body & in her eyes in addition to the air sound that is between 37 & 52 dB used to force the air. She may actually experience 2 hours sleep a night, if lucky. Her bedroom is so contaminated that lying on her bed causes burning on the body. I experience much the same but to a lesser extent, getting about 3 - 4 hours sleep and am wakened at about 4:30 - 5:00 am daily when the drug cartel discharges their waste onto our property.
3. Cardiovascular and respiratory issues for my mother. These are grave and serious. She was very healthy when we moved her here, yet, now has a pacemaker and a pulse and heart rate that go out of control when exposure to the toxins are at high levels. Her heart doctor gave her a clean bill of health in 2017, then in 2018, sent her to the heart institute. I have some symptoms of respiratory distress and we have both been diagnosed with pulmonary edema on separate occasions. We both suffer from secondhand smoke exposure that is forced, along with the gaseous chemicals and acids into our home nearly 24/7, when neither of us have ever touched any type of smoke in our lives.
4. Nerve, muscle, and bone degeneration due to exposure to the toxins. This is particularly acute in my mother and causes spinal issues as well as issues with her artificial hip that are extreme. She is unable to control the pain in her hip as well as other parts of her body from the toxins against her body.
5. Shoulder nerve, muscle, and tissue damage on the left shoulder.
6. Open lesions on the skin on my mother, weeping from her mammary glands, and loss of skin elasticity and collagen in the skin that go beyond normal aging.
7. Burning sensation in the brain region for both of us with constant headaches.
8. Mental and emotional distress for both with NOWHERE SAFE to be in our own house. We cannot sell our house due to the contamination and the corrupt city officials have destroyed every one of our human and civil rights.
9. Intestinal and urinary tract issues for my mother, having had UTI's numerous times since the onset of the contamination as well as bowel irregularities for both of us.
10. Dental loss including blackening of the teeth and gum recession.
11. Loss of strength.
12. Some bouts of Parkinsonism for myself when isolated in the house for lengthy periods (toluene, which is one of the chemicals isolated is cited as a contributing factor to Parkinsonism). I am in solid mental health and, now that I understand to not stay near the chemical contamination for extended periods have had no recurrences.
13. My mother has been hospitalized twice and been to the ER at least a dozen times because of the contamination, twice because Julio forced natural gas into the house. This fact is known because he could be heard stating he had forced this contaminant into our home after my mother was evac'd.
14. Her body literally feels like it is on fire most of the time and, particularly if she tries to sleep on her bed or in the recliner.
15. During this period of the Covid-19 virus, our concerns have been elevated from the contaminated air as we breathe the filth from these 3 criminals 24/7.
16. My mother's health only began to deteriorate with exposure to the constant infiltration of acids into our home in April, 2015. It was only then that she suffered 2 falls from the chemical and acid concentration within the hall and then, finally, a fall on the carpet that broker her hip in November, 2016 along with the need for a pacemaker after continuous exposure to chemicals, acids, and secondhand smoke. Many of these toxins are associated with bone and muscle loss, nerve damage, and have serious effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory system as well as other bodily organs, including the eyes. Many of these are also rated as neurotoxins.
17. Mental abuse from the constant hissing of air in the house.
18. We lost one dog to respiratory cancer and the other 2 are on meds for seizures.
19. Traumatic stress syndrome from living in a toxic waste hell while your body is being savagely brutalized night and day by gaseous acids and chemicals.
20. Animal cruelty: our 8 year old Lhasa Apso was lost to respiratory cancer from the contamination and both of our remaining pets must be on regular medication to prevent seizures and have numerous bouts with eating and respiratory issues.

This breach allows 3 members of the Mexican drug cartel, under protection of the local corrupt cops to force phosphine gas, Hydrochloric & sulfuric acids, fumes from gasoline, ammonia, drain cleaner, acetone, and natural gas as well as dense secondhand smoke that is not normal tobacco smoke and smells like dope or a drug into our house 24/7.

These individuals are so evil that, if you complain, they force the contamination even worse, raising the air pressure and adding contaminants with it. This started with my mother in September of 2017 when gasoline and acids were forced into her bedroom, burning her body. This has been consistent throughout the 5 years of involuntary imprisonment by these thugs. They are very blatant that they feel protected by the cops while causing grave injury to the 2 of us and serious injury to our pets. When either of our pets is having a seizure from the toxins, they do the same as they would to one of us, drive the toxins at an even higher level and cause more severe damage.

I am a cradle Catholic, have no issues in my past,and have never committed a crime. My mother is the same. We are 4th & 5th generation European descent Americans with strong ties to the military, having had every generation serve and in every war during that era. Yet, we have endured 3 false arrests between the 2 of us, all staged. In September, 2017, 7 false warrants were signed against me for harassment, everyone of them lies because I was pursuing action against these thugs. 2 of the warrants came from the 2 women that are part of the drug cartel, 2 from their neighbor that helped breach our home and who my mother heard outside her window and I witnessed on our roof last summer (this is the same thug and his spouse that openly challenged me when returning from church on a Sunday in 2017) 1 from the meth user across the street that has openly harassed me since 2016 and openly admitted he works for the drug ring leader, watching their house with a cell phone, that hides in the drug house (his wife claiming there is no Julio there, yet has a sealed felony arrest record from and his address is listed there and can be heard there.), and 2 from the meth addict's parents that reside behind us because they got incensed I complained about the acids burning me and pointed out that their son watched the meth house daily when they aggressively confronted me because my body and brain were on fire and I stated so when I complained to the adjacent house. That same date, my Mother was forced from the house without any warrant by the corrupt cops. The cop stated she would cuff her if she didn't go willingly. When her keys were returned, wax impressions had been made proved by the wax left on them. The cops tried to get her to sign her rights away and force her into a nursing home. It was then, that our house was breached totally with these thugs having the ability to force their toxins anywhere at will 24/7 and follow us through the house. These thugs literally know our whereabouts anywhere in the house including our restrooms and force acids there.

Our house is closely watched 24/7, as is their's, making it nearly impossible for any action to be taken against these thugs. We have witnessed open trafficking at this house and in 2017, reported it, to no avail. We openly witnessed these cops exchange hands with the one that works for the city on 2 separate occasions and walk back to their squad cars smiling with no report back to our complaint. The morning of the orchestrated "walkthrough" of their house, I arrived home at 7:00 am to witness a cleaning woman there taking out large clear bags of rags and boxes of chemicals which included a large container of gasoline. YET, the P.D. searched our home without warrant on 2 separate occasions. They also attempted to accuse me of being crazy and the same of my mother when complaining of the contamination. We have been told by this meth user across the street as well as 2 different cops that if we didn't like it, to move. If we had that option we would have; even counsel advised against selling because of liability.

The cops refused testing of our property, telling us to prove it when we complained of odors, chemical contamination, and illness from the fumes. They refused response on 2 different break-in reports as well as vandalism when our storm door had rocks thrown through it. The locals have blocked us with every federal agency & both the former and current governor refused intervention by the CBI even though the investigator, in person, stated we had a meth lab next door which concurred with my lab tests and our document as well as our verbal discussions made clear mention of the gravity of the situation.

This is a HUMAN, CIVIL, and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS case that involves deliberate aggravated assault & battery, stalking, women's, elder, & disabled rights. There has been reverse discrimination, housing discrimination, loss of property, loss of the right to life, to prosper, and any ability to work, to complete any formal education from home, loss of income, slander, libel, hate crimes, and numerous other violations including religious (if prayer is overheard, a religion program, including Mass played, or a religious holiday, the shear intensity of chemical contamination is increased.) If you speak of our basic constitutional rights, those were taken long ago: LIFE: with health degrading daily and grave and serious injury, life has been removed. LIBERTY: with corrupt city officials that protect the Mexican drug cartel as opposed to the innocent private citizens, whom they arrest and the inability to work or move away from this and no safe haven or respite, Liberty has been removed. PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS: with no ability to break this vicious cycle of grave and serious aggravated criminal assault, that right is gone as well. On any special occasion, these evil thugs, as stated, can hear everything in our house and will, deliberately, force as much contamination as possible into the house. This has been particularly prevalent with my mother at every holiday and her birthday and then occurred this year on my birthday, just when we were getting to have our dessert from our dinner brought in and the punks next door to the meth house threw something at the house that sounded like a bomb going off. I was able to observe him running from the house.

I will call this what it is: STATE-SPONSORED ((police state) and governor as well as numerous local, state, and federal officials and agencies) DOMESTIC TERRORISM that has been targeted to 2 Roman Catholic white people by 5 Hispanics, 4 other individuals that are involved due to their son getting his meth from these drug dealers and, by his own admission, working for the drug cartel, 2 Hispanic cops, and numerous other cops, 2 Batallion chiefs, the county sheriff, and numerous other individuals, protecting the drug cartel while aiding and abetting criminal violence against the elderly, disabled, and women.

To further elaborate, terrorism targets specific individuals and is a group of Individuals with subversive objectives. This cartel operates under full and open knowledge of the local city and county officials as well as state level officials, as they have been formally notified on multiple occasions that the actions of these individuals, their organized volunteer and paid counterparts manufacture and traffic illicit drugs while deliberately taking every human, civil, and constitutional right from 2 Caucasian, Roman Catholic citizens where deliberate profiling was done to orchestrate false arrests, slander, libel, and taking of life, liberty, and pursuit of enjoyment or happiness by using chemical grade weapons to maim and destroy their bodies. At the same time, using those false charges to destroy reputations, bringing two innocent people into a situation where further ability to have productive income or economic gain were destroyed. Those 2 individuals were also held in human bondage by being unable to sell their property due to the destruction that has occurred.

I WILL ASK A QUESTION: How would you live in an environment that a first responders refuses to be in without their protective gear for even one minute, with no protection and no where to get away from the toxins that are of a grave and serious nature, many of which are listed as the highest level toxins on the list of weapons used by terrorists and as chemical warfare agents? It is not an exaggeration to state that we are victims, not unlike many of those in 2nd and 3rd world countries, of state-sponsored domestic terrorism.

I was forced from my field in which I hold a masters level education with a summa cum laude GPA due to illness. I should be making a six figure income as a construction manager right now and possessed a specialized degree in sustainability. Taking auxiliary work, I was even forced from that due to the inability to complete my shift, almost passing out at work because of the toxic buildup in my body and the loss of strength. Finally, working for a ride share became so onerous because of the constant assaults on my mother while she was alone, that was even given up.

I have also been forced to resign from two masters programs, one an executive masters at DU in the RECM program and the other at Regis University in a masters in Nonprofit Management, both distance programs, due to illness.

I will state something from the outset, my mother could pass any test given to her, has no mental illness, is perfectly lucid all the time, and keeps up on all the daily events. When complaint was lodged with the D.A., one of the corrupt cops called and screamed at my mother that if she called the D.A.'s Office, the cops, the fire department, the sheriff or the FBI, she would issue warrant for her arrest. The same occurred on separate occasion with a different cop who called my mother for no reason, came with 2 paramedics with paper in hand to sign her rights away and be forced into a nursing home. This cop, when she refused to sign and the 2 paramedics left, screamed the same diatribe at her in regards to contacting the police, fire department , paramedics, sheriff, or FBI for help. When my mother called the fire department early on in 2017, these thugs have the ability to know when P.D. or F.D. are called, they turned off the air into our house and the F.D. had the disturbing response to ask if she was crazy when her heart rate and pulse had both elevated and she could not breathe properly.

There are numerous local, state, and federal level agencies that are wrong and culpable including the mayor, the FBI, Region 8 of the EPA, and the local office of the DOJ as well as the Washington DOJ. The local division, rather than engaging proper investigation on their own, claimed they had no investigative division and threw it over the wall to the same P.D. that are fully engaged and culpable with the cartel. Nothing ever surfaced out of the Washington letter to the investigator of police wrong doing and no contact was made.

There has also been dumping of the actual waste from the lab, and still is, onto our property. Vegetation has been killed and we gave up after the first year trying to add flowers or vegetables to the landscape.

We have had 2 nuisance calls in recent time from the cops because these thugs didn't like the fact we used the words terrorists and criminals that were orchestrated by the meth head across the street and his parents. One nuisance call in 2017 was made by one of these individuals because at 11:00 am in the morning I was walking from my car in the drive to the house and stated in a normal tone that the chemical smells were very strong. The complaint was that I woke her!

Our home has been burgled by these same, under their own admission, of 40,000 dollars in valuables and precious heirlooms and I had physical assault & battery committed by the meth addict across the street that guards their house on my own property with no repercussions to him but one of the false arrests of the 2 against me and 1 against my mother, after the drug ring leader had asked me to come over & get some of the stolen goods. This was another entrapment by these thugs as they could clearly hear our complaints about the loss of property as they hear everything in our house from this hidden room where this meth is made. This drug ring leader was heard through the wall, in 2019, clearly stated to come over and get what he had taken. When I went to his door and rang the bell, his wife answered the door, stating there was no Person by that name there, this is the same person that lied one morning when I was walking to my front door because she had heard us complain of the thick dense smoke that enters our house from theirs, that no one smokes there. When I returned to my house, this drug ring leader could be loudly heard asking why I had gone home and said to come back that his wife was mistaken. When I returned to the door, I got the same response so I turned back and after already entering the boundary of my property, this meth head they employ came from across the street, grabbed me by the collar, with a glazed look in his eyes, screamed at me, "you've been told to stay away from there!" And violently struck me on the shoulder and on the chest, knocking me to the ground and taking the wind out of me. He then yelled at me, "now you stay away from there." This Wife of the drug cartel ring leader then orchestrated a phony arrest of felony trespass with intent to commit harm when all I did was ring her doorbell on both occasions, she speaking to me through the glass storm door, and me walking away. The arresting officer was one of the same that threatened my mother with summons should she ever file complaint against these individuals and REFUSED to discuss anything that had occurred. This same thug that assaulted me after committing trespass, openly admitted, without his knowing I watched, to his parents that he worked for the drug ring leader, and got his meth from him. We also overheard a conversation from the 3 individuals at the drug house that 2 of them wanted to stop at a half a million and then a gunshot was heard and the man stated, but the 3rd person living there wasn't willing to stop until they had a million dollars. It is believed these 3 criminals work for the city as CI's, based on interview with the former Chief of Police.

This is a hate crime as well as a case of reverse racial profiling. There are a minimum of 8 'dirty cops' involved in this case, the county sheriff, and the battalion chiefs of the fire department. There has been complete error by the DOJ who, after pointing out the police misconduct, refused to investigate the case and turned it back to the local cops. A complaint to the local major FBI office mysteriously disappeared en-route to the satellite office. I was blindsided at the DEA in 2017 by the, then Chief of a Police, even though I had, in hand, proof of a positive meth wipe test from a freshly stuccoed surface on the side facing the meth house as well as chemical sampling tests that proved the presence of meth lab related chemical off-gassing.

The state and federal senators and representatives never acknowledged letters, the local county health department, to the chagrin of the CDPHE, refused response, and the EPA turned the dumping of waste onto our property to the local dirty cops again, yet we have had vegetation killed and you can smell and feel exactly where the waste is discharged. The HOA, laughed, stating the woman owning the house would never do anything like that, without investigation, yet forced complaints against our property from damage done to the siding on the east side by the meth cartel, ripping our siding away to gain access to the interior of our home as well as complaints from some additional work that needed to be completed after our workman abandoned the job site and could not be completed due to illness being experienced from the toxins and income reduction from job loss that were filed by the meth head across the street and his mother. We have lost considerable vegetation on our property due to deliberate vandalism and waste dumping and have lost over 50 plants on the interior due to acid and chemical contamination. The response to the HOA attorney clearly outlined the life-threatening situation in which we live, yet they chose to ignore that as they have every complaint against these criminals and file lien and court and attorney costs over a small amount of vegetation that required cleanup, singling us over every other residence, and some some Tyvek that they refused to recommend a workman when asked and we could not locate one. The cosmetics of the property were given precedence over the life and health of 2 individuals and their pets.

In addition to all the atrocities and crimes against us outlined above, which are comparable to what happened during the Second World War, as are those listed next, the following charges must be considered:

1. Criminal trespass through multiple means.
2. Corruption at the civic level
3. Destruction of human and civil rights at the local, state, federal, and international level
4. Attempted murder
5. Obstruction of justice by both citizens and local officials
6. Physical, mental, and emotional harm and abuse
7. Stalking
8. Unlawful seizure of property sanctioned by local officials
9. Imprisonment by the 3 individuals
10. Torture
11. Slander, libel, defamation of character, signing false statements
12. False imprisonment for fear of retaliation
13. Collusion by local civic authorities
14. Use of terrorist grade chemical toxins as weapons
15. Failure to uphold civic oaths to protect citizens from the local police, sheriff, mayor, city council, fire protection chiefs, to state (including current and past governors) and federal level officials, especially within the DOJ, the FBI, Region VIII EPA, and possibly, the DEA and Homeland Security Dept.

Due to job loss and income reduction from this situation and increased expenses associated with this travesty, we have exhausted all reserves and I find myself in debt and am struggling to start several businesses from home.

My mother's life is at desperate risk as is mine. This case is both complex and arduous in nature for prosecution at the appropriate levels.
