June 8th, 2016 Update: As of May 20th, 2016, the assistant state attorney filed a "no information" on this case. This is what we were waiting for. With all our evidence and proof, we knew this is exactly what should have happened months ago. It only took 7 months for our lives to be ruined and since nobody else's lives was at stake, nice of them to take their time. They have had our exper reports since December 2015.
March 29th, 2016 Update:
We are still fighting to get our family back together. As of March 17th, I was able to be reunified with Tristan and move back into our home. Jeremy has seen our son a total of 17 1/2 hours since November 2015. We were granted permission to spend Easter as a family by the judge. At our last hearing, the We finally got lots of family pictures with the three of us in it together. I will never take another holiday for granted when the three of us are back together.
His diagnosis by his own neuro surgeon is "nontraumatic chronic subdural hemorrhage. None of his Drs have ever said it was abuse, just the CPI Dr., Sally Smith, a general pediatrician. She examined Tristan for a total of five minutes and questioned everything I ever told her. "Why did I pump and not just breastfeed my baby or why didn't my husband freak out when he saw Tristan having seizures." Apparenty, she does not want to be wrong about her diagnosis as she has been many other times before. Interestingly enough, the ADA at our last hearing told the judge that their expert Sally Smith is a neurosurgeon. They are allowed to lie and say things that are not all true in court under oath!
We will continue our fight against these accusations and we will have our day in court and the papers we hope. Going through this experience has opened my eyes to how often this happens and I've connected with many parents going through the exact same thing. All our stories are very similiar, down to the age and how it all started with seizures. I always thought working with children with autism was my calling in life. I have realized that living through the hell we have been put through as a family, I will make it my life mission to inform and help those fighting against the same evil. Justice will prevail and we know exactly what we are against. Pure dishonesty, wrongdoing, and putting our family under financial strain with everything they want us to do and pay for. Its all about money and follow the money to the grants the accusing Drs. receive for their so called "shaken baby syndrome" diagnosis.
I am going to put up pictures we took from Easter together. I wonder if a Crimestoppers call will be put in again. In January 2015, Crimestoppers was called to report "Tristan being abused". Of course it was not verified. We definitely know that "someone is trying to set us up". And it continues with the ADA still after all our expert reports and his own Drs diagnosis are not consistent with child abuse.
Please, on April 15th, watch The Syndrome. It is an eye opening documentary that I hope will bring awareness to the only diagnosis that can send you to prison based on an opinion.
Update: Thank you for everyone that has supported us through this difficult time in our lives. These last two months have been a roller coaster of emotions with all the that has happened. Since November, my husband has had no contact with our son as ordered by the court. My husband has missed out on the Tristan's first family holidays together so no Tristan's first Thanksgiving or Christmas together as a family. We still don't know when Jeremy will be granted supervised visits with our son.
We have a diagnosis for what has actually happened to Tristan and hope that we get our parental rights back to him soon with our new evidence. We can only hope that the system is not corrupt as we have seen many different families affected like ours for very similar reasons. This is trully medical kidnapping and we woudn't wish this nightmare on anyone else.

We trully feel that you are extendend family and even closer than some family we have. All your generosity during this is incredible and thank you for your added prayers. We know we will get through this and keep fighting to get everything that has been taken away from us.
Tristan is a happy and very healthy baby now at 6 months old and
almost 22 lbs. He is very smart and loves to be around people. I'm
sure he misses his daddy and can't wait to be reunited with him.

My name is Vivianna and our four month old son is currently experiencing medical issues that present in a manner consistent with child abuse. However, this is the furthest thing from the truth. My husband, a respected firefighter and paramedic was arrested on suspected child abuse due to my son’s medical conditions. We are in need of assistance with funding his defense, hiring expert witnesses in the medical field, and obtaining evaluations from experts in the field of pediatric neurology. We conceived our son through 2 cycles of in-vitro fertilization after years of attempting to conceive and many different surgies I had to undergo. Our son was longed for and loved long before conception. Many cases have been in the media in which parents have been falsely accused and later found out that there were other medical factors that contributed to and caused the trip to the emergency room for medical assistance. Do not let this be another case of an innocent father being prejudged and condemned before all the facts are evaluated and revealed. Please consider saving our family and taking a stand for legal injustices that prosecute parents and separate families unjustly. My son loves his daddy and at this point, CPS has my husband living outside our home.

Firefighter/Paramedic J. Graham is a star employee and loving father. Jeremy is the guy who didn't think twice about jumping into a murky pond to rescue a lady drowning in a submerged car. He has received numerous accomodations including Firefighter and Paramedic of the year, and HCA All Star Team. Jeremy leads several programs within the district. Jeremy is an avid child and animal lover. So much he leads a program to teach kids fire safety and takes in rescue animals.
