Hello, my name is Tim. My wife and I took our taxes and her retirement as an educator, and bought a home we could afford. We spent 36,000 on a 1960's built house and had very little left over to do repairs.

For the most part we had enough to get it functional, or so we thought. We had to add a new power box due to lack of space to add breakers for a stove and laundry. We called out an electrician only to find out we would have to cut off the power and strip the walls down to frame work to check all the existing wiring and install hardwired carbon monoxide detectors and other safety equipment per the recommendation of our local building inspector. 

Following their instructions, we pulled down the sheetrock room by room, and updated the wiring in our home. But we have run out of funds and we are about to send our oldest daughter off to college this year. We are asking for your help to get all the finishing work done so my family can have our first family home back in one piece.

We are in need a financial miracle, quickly, to finish the repairs.
