Hello from Ryan and Mai and thank you for taking the time to read our page.
     As everybody knows, weddings are incredibly expensive. Add to that having a wedding overseas and you have a lot of expenses to cover. Of course we could forgo having a wedding all together, but for bridging the gap between two different families, and cultures, we think it is important to have a wedding ceremony. It is also important to have the wedding in Japan so that the bride’s family and friends can be there to support her on her special day. It has also been my dream to get married in Japan, a place of great beauty and serenity. Therefore we have decided to have our wedding ceremony on 11/5/2023 in Nagoya, Japan. 
     However, as previously mentioned, weddings are not cheap, and not everyone can take a trip to Japan. That’s where you come in. By supporting us you will be helping our dreams come true by helping us pay for the venue, food, dress, travel and accommodation expenses for our friends and families. We are asking for ¥990,000 or about $7,500. Even the smallest donation can help us and every picture, post, and comment  you see of our wedding will only be possible because of your kindness and generosity. 100% of the donations we receive will be used for the wedding and every donation will help make our dream come true. We simply cannot do this without your support, and we will personally thank everyone who supports our cause by adding their name to a list of donors in our wedding movie so all the guests know who helped make our special day possible.
