Life has polarities, we have to find balance, focus on positivity, Yes, but DO NOT DENY an opportunity to show up as a Global Citizen and give a hand of support when you have an opportunity to support other human beings. You are not only earning “good karma” points, but you are actually just being a HUMAN. When we unite in our prayers and actions - we create miracles together!
In the world of lies, fake arguments, and the illusion of totally lost people, the truth is One. You don’t need proof or more words, truth feels in your heart. And there is One Truth about the situation between Russia and Ukraine now...
No one can come and destroy your home and everything you have, burn your parents alive, shoot your grandparents and kids when they try to escape, rape and kill your sister... WHY? That’s what Russians are doing RIGHT NOW as they entered our peaceful country Ukraine on Feb 24th 2022.
NO ANY CHILD deserves to die from dehydration because Russian occupants didn't allowed innocent civilians to get out from bombed territories. This is 2022.
Our churches, cultural artifacts, schools, hospitals, homes are being destroyed... for what…?! They even throw bombs onto cemeteries, just for fun or out of deep envy / stupidity, and this is being supported by most of Russians. Feels like they are zombies…not humans! Brainwashed or whatever - it’s not an excuse for what they have done to my Homeland.
Maybe you don't know much about Ukraine and in your mind it's something far and unreal, or you think it’s like some 3d world country, but actually:
Ukraine is Europe’s second largest country by land area and seventh largest by population. It's a BEAUTIFUL European country, with a democracy, freedom of a Word, lot’s of talented scientists, musicians, and simply amazing kind-hearted and brave people (that’s what Ukrainians are known for). Ukraine has ancient culture and traditions, with its churches, historical monuments. Kyiv has always been one of the top destinations to visit in Eastern Europe for foreigners.
Situation in Ukraine is crucial now.
This is not about some conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Let’s don’t throw any wisdom and politics here. This is a biggest terrorist attack known in a modern world. Genocide of Ukrainian nation based on some weird and massive Russian aggression against Ukrainians. If not to stop this and stay aside, next countries can be Poland, France, Germany. And then Russia may come to ALASKA claiming their right for it etc. Ukraine is defending her Land, her children, fighting now for the whole world.
Our Victory is the Victory of FREEDOM AND PEACE for our future generations!
I want to bring your awareness to this global tragedy. But my main point is not there yet…please keep reading.

I was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. My destiny brought me to the United States 13 years ago, and I have my own story behind it. But I have my father, relatives, and many friends who are currently in Ukraine and suffering from the war.
My father is in Kyiv now, hiding and praying for the next day to stay alive, some of my friends had to leave with their kids, carrying only small backpacks with them… Some of my friends are hiding in the most dangerous areas, where if you walk outside - you’ll be gone. More and more innocent people are dying. Our grandmothers and grandfathers who went through World War 2, who survived the most difficult times in the history of humanity, are now being killed by their “brother nation”.
My heart is tearing apart…
Last 16 days I honestly was gathering myself together, barely sleeping and eating. Shock, and fear for my loved ones and for every innocent person in Ukraine was taking over...
Obviously, I realized, it's not helping anybody.. So with all gratitude for every new day I live, and until we are here across Ukrainian boarders are blessed to be safe and alive- let's honor and help those who suffer right now in Ukraine!
I have been asked by some local friends about how they can support Ukraine now. I was sharing general links of humanitarian organizations in Ukraine, but I KNOW I CAN DO MORE.
My personal recourses are limited, but together we can make a difference.
I have a list of families that I PERSONALLY KNOW and I have to help them because it would not be me if I would stay aside now.
I am in touch with volunteers in the cities and areas where the situation is crucial now. People need food, medication, some of them just need to have some extra $50 in their pockets because they are left alone with their kids crossing the boarder.
I am not a beggar and never will be. This is not about me, but about you now. If you can donate as simple as one Starbucks drink - THANK YOU from the bottom of my Ukrainian heart!

YES WE ARE AGAINST TERRORISM and yes we Ukrainians have very warrior spirit right now to defend our Mother Land.
But my message is NOT TO HATE RUSSIANS. Not all of them support this (even though most of them do), SEE PEOPLE'S HEARTS - NOT NATIONALITIES.
I WANT US TO UNITE IN HELPING TO THOSE IN NEED!
We will survive this. This too shall pass... The cost of our freedom is extremely high(( But we see who is who now. True friendship shows up in difficult situations.
