I am raising money to get my vehicle that was wrongfully impounded for no reason other than needing a jump because the battery had died at the Emerald Queen Casino while I was having a good time with my family. My battery had died while I was with my family and I had called and setup a AAA tow but AAA was set to come at 5pm and an hour before AAA was suppose to be there I went down to the parking garage and my vehicle was nowhere to be found. I asked security if they had towed my vehicle and they denied it. They said usually if they were going to tow a vehicle the owner was suppose to be present and also give permission to even tow the vehicle which neither of these had been done or they put a sticker on the vehicle and allow the owner a week to get it off the property. They never gave me these options and everything I own is in the vehicle. The car was bought for me from my ex who was recently shot and killed February 22, 2019. I am a 30 year old single mother and depend on this vehicle for everything in mine and my children's lives. My vehicle is currently being held at Bill's Towing in Tacoma Washington. It has been extremely difficult depending on other people on rides to take care of my personal responsibilities so I have recently become unemployed due to the inconvenience of not having a ride to and from work daily and has caused me to become undependable. I can’t even get my belongings out of the vehicle because they want 110$ just to get my things. I will lose my car in 2 days and I desperately need help. I have exhausted every option I have and the bill is just continuing to go up to where it’s out of my reach. Please help me anything helps at this point even a dollar I am extremely grateful for this opportunity I just wish I had thought of this sooner since I am so close to the auction date.
