   Los herreros tenemos un refrán del cual sentirnos orgullosos: "todo lo que necesita un herrero es algo en donde calentar el metal, algo en donde golpearlo y algo con qué golpearlo"... Esta máxima es tan cierta en cualquier rincón del planeta donde exista un herrero y en cualquier época de la tierra, sin embargo actualmente es algo difícil costear todos los implementos y herramientas necesarios para disponer de un taller de herrería y soldadura. Poder elaborar con tus propias manos cualquier objeto en metal que imagines es algo que no tiene precio! y aunque existan mil máquinas capaz de hacer cualquier pieza en serie nada supera el trabajo constante y dedicado del artesano.

La profesión de herrero y soldador la he aprendido de forma empírica, comenzando como ayudante, con herramientas de otras personas, la labor es tan apasionante que me he dedicado a la tarea de profesionalizarme en dicha materia e ir obteniendo los certificados, las técnicas y las capacidades para ser un herrero digno. Por más que he vendido muchos artículos preciados no logro dar con la cantidad de dinero necesario para la compra de las herramientas que necesito, ya que cada pocos días la economía atenta contra la ejecución del proyecto, es por ello que recurro a toda la gente que no solo está en disponibilidad de apoyar con lo que crea conveniente sino que además crea en lo interesante y genial que resulta este proyecto.

Herreros y soldadores en la comunidad donde vivo hay, pero son pocos los que lo hacen con pasión y mucho menos los que buscan ser profesionales en su área, limitándose sólo a trabajos esporádicos sin pensar en que sus manos pueden aportar algo útil sobre todo a los niños en las escuelas. Mi objetivo es reunir el dinero para comprar los principales implementos y herramientas de trabajo (Esmeril de banco, Esmeril oscilador, Taladro de banco, Lijadora de banco, Maquina de soldar, Dremel, martillos, piquetas, guantes, mascara con filtro, lentes para soldar, yunque, etc), comprar dichas herramientas por Ebay o Amazon (es más económico comprarlas por fuera que comprarlas en mi país, mientras mayor volumen se abaratan costos de envío) exceptuando el yunque ya que obviamente por su peso es inviable traerlo de afuera.
