My company provided IT Services to the local Chamber of Commerce. They decided they wanted to go with a cheaper provider and defaulted on our Agreement they signed. As a result of non-payment, all services were suspended.
A month later I was arrested for cyber-crimes against the Chamber of Commerce for Theft by Extortion, Computer Theft and Computer Trespass.
I founded KIT on the principles of helping the small business through education and technical services. The things I have been accused of are false. I am innocent of all allegation in this case.
Despite my position on this matter, we have been placed in to a situation where we must retain legal counsel and this is not cheap. We are working on retaining an attorney to defend against this indiscretion, but need help with the costs of this legal battle.
My family is suffering, I have pets I cannot afford medication for now and we are in jeopardy of losing everything. Your help is needed in covering the overwhelming legal expenses that are piling up due to this egregious injustice.
I served our country in the U.S. Army for over 10 years and am now a disabled veteran and small business owner just trying to make the American dream come true for my family and co-workers. Why am I facing such a situation as this? This is not the person I am, nor will ever be. We have a great deal of moral support and we couldn't be more greatful. We unfortunatley, need your financial support as well.
