Hello my Name is Trevor Condie, On February 22nd 2015 I lost my sister April to complications from Muscular Distrophy. During her 30+ year battle my sister helped many people including myself with housing accomidations. If she didn't know of any place taking anyone in, she would often do it herself in her own place. She also would take in strays and animals that people did not want anymore. Due to the high demand for housing and low vacancy rate it is increasingly harder and harder for Persons With Disabilities to find a safe place to live that is also afordable and that will allow companion pets. It took me some time and research into what kind of business would be able to fund such a venture and the idea for a Non-profit Thrift store was born. All funds raised at the thrift store will be put towards projects such as apartment buildings for low income Persons With Disability as well as supporting smaller Animal Rescue Shelters. All funds from this Fundraising Campaign will go to start up costs for the Thrift Store.
