WHO AM I? 

Hi everyone! BRAD JERSAK here, the author of Can You Hear Me?, Children, Can You Hear Me? and more recently, A More Christlike God. 

WHAT AM I DOING?

I'm creating and independently publishing another illustrated children's book, entitled: 

"JESUS SHOWED US!"

It's sort of a kid's version of  A More Christlike God. The book will answer the question, "WHAT IS GOD REALLY LIKE?" by teaching children that  Jesus showed us  what God is like. Everything Jesus Christ said and did was like a 'show and tell' about God!

WHY AM I DOING IT?

We receive many requests for a children's book that portrays a healthy and Christlike image of God to our children -- a vision of God that's formed and informed by the life and person of Jesus. This book responds to that request.

The artist, Shari-Anne Gibson Vis, has completed a gorgeous set of 16 paintings -- child-friendly pictures of Christ in various Gospel stories. Each picture shows children that Jesus' life demonstrates that God is Love! 

The strong lines and bright colours are reminiscent of the classic, child-friendly Coptic or Ethiopian Orthodox icons. Shari-Anne spent around 30 hours per painting and it shows!

HOW YOU CAN HELP!

Thanks for helping me get this book to print! I have been able to cover the cost of artwork and will do the layout myself.

We have already met our goal of raisi ng well over $5000 towards o ur print costs. W ith the momentum we have, the NEW RELEASE DATE will be Oct. 5 now seems likely!

Because of all the presales and donations, we'll be printing 3000 copies in a durable hardcover book version (like Children, Can You Hear Me?).

Thanks for helping me get this GOOD NEWS JESUS into the hands of children! We DON'T need further donations but presales and perks are still available.
