The program, GetFIT w/ Muay Thai video series features professional fighters, the series consists of three levels, Basics, Intermediate & Pro. These instructors will also be touring Canada and doing Muay Thai BootCamps and providing weekly webinar training where you can log on and watch daily classes live or download videos of the class.
