Coco, a tea cup Jack Russell, was savagely attacked by a staff cross type dog whilst out for her daily walk in Mayer park, Bebington. Her owner Laura had just got  out the car with the dog and three children when the staff grabbed poor Coco. The dog was dragged across a field with her owner watching on helplessly. The owner of the dog stood by and did nothing, she had no control over this dog. Members of the public ran to the dogs aid and after numerous attemps a young man lifted the staff up off the ground which luckily made the dog drop Coco from the dogs jaws. Coco was left for a dead, a huge open wound to the neck . A kind lady scooped Coco up and took her straight to the vets. It was touch and go  for 8 days with the risk of infection very high. She required two operations  which had ran up a very high vet bill, the owner of the staff had refused to pay and  understandably the vet cannot continue treatment without payment. So  please help Coco get better as she requires further medical attention
