CJ has a rare form of Lupus that effects his immune system, he is currently in EAMC ICU on a ventilator and is in need of being transferred back to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota, where he was diagnosed with this rare disease in early Spring. This transfer is necessary for further testing and treatments. He will be transferred by Med-jet, as you can imagine this is a very expensive and lengthy process for he and his mom; therefore we are asking for your help in making this possible. Thank you in advance for assisting us in saving CJ's life!
