Help Build SH Smoke House – A Dream Crafted with Fire

My name is Valentyn. I am a former Ukrainian serviceman, a craftsman, and someone who believes that truly great food should be made with patience, honesty, and respect for tradition.

Since 2022, I have served in the Ukrainian military. I have recently been discharged from the army for health reasons and received a third-group disability status. Today, my pension is approximately 8,250 Ukrainian hryvnias per month.

Before the war, I was already passionate about smoking meat and making food at home. I spent years experimenting with recipes, smoking methods, flavors, and techniques.

Now I want to turn that experience and passion into something real.

I want to build SH Smoke House — a small, independent craft food production facility where traditional smoking methods meet modern technology and professional food production.

My Dream

My vision is to create a place dedicated to authentic smoked foods.

I want to produce traditionally smoked meats, sausages, a variety of smokehouse specialties, handmade sauces, and other carefully crafted products.

I am also designing my own professional smoking system and developing production methods that combine traditional smoking with modern engineering.

But SH Smoke House is not meant to be just another factory.

I want the production facility and the retail shop to be located in the same place and open to customers.

People will be able to come in, see where their food is made, learn how traditional smoking works, and buy products directly from the smokehouse.

I want to build something transparent — where customers know who makes their food and how it is made.

Why I Need Your Help

I have the experience, the ideas, the recipes, and the determination.

What I don't have is enough capital to turn this dream into a real production facility.

Every dream needs resources to become reality.

I am raising $100,000 to build the first SH Smoke House production facility.

The funds will be used for professional smoking and meat-processing equipment, refrigeration, preparation of the production space, the retail area, certifications and documentation, initial raw materials and packaging, and the first stage of working capital.

I plan to officially register the business in Ukraine once sufficient funding is secured and all necessary preparations for the project are in place.

My goal is not mass production.

My goal is to create food with character — food made carefully, honestly, and with respect for the craft.

A chance to create jobs, produce honest food, and eventually create a place that people can be proud to visit.

I know that $100,000 is a big goal.
