Hello! My name is Sammie (Samantha) and I am asking for help covering the expenses of treatment due to missed work while undergoing tests and diagnosis of cancer. Brett and I rent a space with his parents, and earlier this year his mom (Bev) was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, stage three. She decided to proceed with a double mastectomy and has been off work since middle of May. I am disabled, and my father in law is currently out of work, so that leaves one income to cover the house hold bills, Brett's. Bev is getting employment insurance, but that isn't as much as she was making before, so some things are getting behind. She is set to go back to work September 1st, so I would just like to get everything caught back up. Having cancer is one thing, I would hate for things to get shut off on top of that. She is the whole reason I am who I am, she deserves a break, barring that, I would just like to get things caught up.
