Hi everyone, my boyfriend and I are facing an immediate housing crisis and need the community’s help to secure our safety. I am living on a fixed disability income due to a traumatic brain injury and Type 1 diabetes, and my boyfriend, who suffered a mini-stroke last August 2025, is currently unemployed but actively looking for a position.

We must move to our new living situation by July 30 , but as a low-income couple, the sudden costs of moving, and immediate bills are completely overwhelming our fixed budget. We are short exactly $7000 to safely make this transition happen.

· Necessity Housing Expenses to make safe ($4000): renovations done to a home bought by my boyfriend, but we both have exhausted all our savings. We still have plumbing and electrical work that needs to be done to make the home livable and safe, as well as paint, need windows, one is broke and all with no locks that work right now.

· Moving & Logistics Expenses ($2000): We have to be out of our home by July 30 A small U-Haul/moving truck rental, packing supplies, and physical moving labor to get our belongings out.

· Urgent Monthly Bills ($1000): Critical utility transfer fees, immediate phone/electric bills, and basic necessities for us and our pets to bridge the gap while we stabilize.
