Recently, I was diagnosed with Complete Atrioventricular Block (BAV Complete) a serious heart conduction disorder. My doctors have informed me that I urgently need to undergo surgery to implant a VVIR Permanent Pacemaker, as stated in the medical report attached below.
I have sought help from public hospitals and government assistance programs, but unfortunately, I have not received a positive response. According to official records, there are currently more than 400 people waiting for the same life-saving procedure. Due to this long waiting list, I haveno other option but to seek private medical care.
The total cost of the pacemaker, surgical intervention, and postoperative treatment is
approximately €7,000, an amount that is far beyond what I can afford in the current situation of my country.

Recientemente, me diagnosticaron bloqueo auriculoventricular completo (BAV completo), un trastorno grave de la conducción cardíaca. Mis médicos me han informado de que necesito urgentemente someterme a una cirugía para implantarme un marcapasos permanente VVIR, tal y como se indica en el informe médico que adjunto a continuación.
He solicitado ayuda a los hospitales públicos y a los programas de asistencia del gobierno, pero, lamentablemente, no he recibido una respuesta positiva. Según los registros oficiales, actualmente hay más de 400 personas esperando la misma intervención que les salvará la vida. Debido a esta larga lista de espera, no tengo otra opción que recurrir a la atención médica privada.
El costo total del marcapasos, la intervención quirúrgica y el tratamiento posoperatorio es de aproximadamente 7000 €, una cantidad que supera con creces lo que puedo permitirme en la situación actual de mi país.
Por eso me dirijo humildemente a personas de buen corazón como usted para pedirle ayuda.
