Port Alberni's known screen repair Geek. 4 1/2 years of installing screens since my first repair. After finding one store on Vancouver island, I felt bad to tell 20 clients "Screen repairs are $45/hr plus $120/part". I gathered everyone's phone to head back to Port Alberni to break the bad news. The same day I had to learn how suppliers worked for screens, costs, US exchange rates, benefits to group orders. etc. I had to become the 2nd repair Geek on the island!

We learned so much about the repairs. We love a good challenge! We also love to be in the lead of a new geek repair. In fact, New York, was the only place that offered the new COLOR screens when they were released. With in 7 days we were known not only all over Vancouver Island, but reached a few areas in the states. Helping in Vancouver and mainland, Reached calls from Jamaica and Caymen Islands to help in phones and computers. We were the first in BC. 

Phone repairs has a few major up and downs, we can't lie or cover this fact. In the past year stock has simply vanished in the A grade screens. As well as localized suppliers. Short stock has caused so many places to have to search far and wide, and have plenty of wait time! 

We love to help everyone. The excitement on a clients face when everythings is fixed is priceless. We love that feeling to do our part in helping others. 

So we took one large step, we put our name in for a business loan to fund tools and purchase a little upfront stock.

We would like to make some changes to the game. We are looking to have a great number of QUALITY screens on hand for your FAST repairs. We too would love to make sure your taken care of then and there. We pace waiting for your screen to come in. Its frustrating. So we are partnering with so many people and businesses that are interested in supporting this page. As a group we see the need to keep you connected as fast  as possible. Not only because the screen is available, but because you will have the years of experience behind you to make sure your taken care of.

We have bought the tools, and are ready for some of the next stages a business loan couldnt cover. We are ready to take care of your personal GEEK needs. As well customize everything about our services to your individual needs.

1. We are aiming to bring a variety of 250 screens. Apple, Samsung, LG, Sony, Microsoft, etc. If possible with your help we know the numbers grow very fast - realistic number of screens needed is 400 to cover Port Alberni and all surrounding towns and cities.

2. For computer repairs we have almost everything possibly needed, with few exceptions, after our first test on our new tools. 

3. We would like to find a way to reach out to all of our supporters that gives us a shout out. We are looking into ways to give your our biggest thank you's. Our real goal is to maybe rent the theater during some kinda techy related movie and have a group come out as our guests to meet one another and say thank you in person.

4. We LOVE to help small businesses, right from the very seedling of an idea. We have a goal to help by offering two businesses with a full setup for online and social media support kit. We would like to dive into some must have tools that many businesses should have in the new digital world. We would like to offer our years of experience to lend a hand in helping our community grow. Some funds will help with monthly services and yearly online tool services. As well some sales tools.

5. It's a new world. It's safe to say technology is growing in a faster pace. Everything is more connected the ever before. Person to person connection, your life and home and business. We would like to step forward into more connected must have devices. Home control and security. We are looking into more geek toys to help keep you connected to home when your away. Very interesting tools are out there, but are not widely talked about just yet. We want to help be your information source. We would like to provide information for your needs, and be ready to set up and install new tools when you're ready. This could be new digital locks, home alarm, camera's. There is endless toys you might want to know about, and as your personal geek we want to be there when your ready to find out more. 

6. One of the biggest requests we have had was backing up devices that have been broken are unuseable. We have found the tools we would invest in. We are looking to open this service as soon as possible across all of your devices and technology. Years ago, personally I lost 20,000 pictures of my babies from birth to few years in age. We don't want anyone to deal with this kind of loss. Our history is stored in our phones and devices. Moments we cant get back. We want to take a few steps into retrieving your memories.
