THIS FUNDRAISER WILL RAISE MONEY FOR ANGELA’S HOUSE IN MEMORY OF OUR SON JAKE. JAKE LOST HIS BATTLE TO A VERY RARE GENETIC DISORDER THIS PAST DECEMBER AT THE AGE OF 16. HE WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO LIVE AT ONE OF THE ANGELA’S HOUSES FOR THE PAST YEAR AND HALF WHERE THEY PROVIDED HIM WITH AROUND THE CLOCK NURSING CARE.
ANGELA’S HOUSE IS A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT HAS ASSISTED OUR FAMILY FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS BOTH IN OUR HOME AND AT ANGELA’S HOUSE III IN STONY BROOK. THEY ASSIST FAMILIES OF MEDICALLY FRAIL CHILDREN BY PROVIDING ALL THE SUPPORT NEEDED FROM HOME CARE TO 24 HOUR NURSING CARE.
