1.) I am freely and lawfully contributing these funds for the expressed purpose of supporting the Global Missions Team of Grace Blue Ridge (Hendersonville, NC)
2.) I understand that funds contributed will be used to cover the costs and expenses associated with travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred in regards to Ben Nowak and his participation in the Grace Blue Ridge Global Missions trip to Montrouse, Haiti in connection with the Chadasha Orphanage Retreat Center. Any additional funds, above the cost for supporting Ben Nowak, will then be used to help support other associated mission team members who may fall short on their own personal funding goals.
3.) I understand that any funds donated above the actual final costs incurred in connection with the above mentioned trip will be placed into the Grace Blue Ridge Global Missions ledger account to be used in support of future global outreach projects.
