Hi everyone!

First, I want to say sorry for mistakes which you can find in my message. English is not my mother tongue, but I do my best.

My name is Ksenia. I’m 24 years old and, I think, I’m a very lucky girl. Actually,  I don’t have a good job, I don’t have my own flat, I don’t have money, but I finally found the answer to the main question  which I was asked a dozen times: who do you want to be? And this is my story…

My childhood

I was born and grown up in Russia. My childhood was great despite of the fact that my family was quite poor. I was want-to-do-everything girl and  took part in every performance in kindergarten and school.

I loved studying, but I didn’t know which profession to choose. I studied mechanical engineering (where was my mind?), studying was fun, but it wasn’t what I wanted.

Becoming someone who I never wanted to be

When I was 18 I decided to get a job. I became an office-manager in a little company. Honestly, I didn’t like that job, but I understood that family needed money. I used to work as an office-manager in different companies for 6 years. I started asking myself what I was doing with my life. I’ve become sad and very unpretty, put on weight and forgot about all my dreams. I didn’t live, I just existed.

Changing life

I realized that I should do something, should change my life completely, but I was frightened, you know, sometimes people have irrational fear of changing. It was November, 2013 when I finally did first step to change my life. I talked to my boss, and we both decided that I should quite a job.

I started dance classes just to get into shape. Soon I noticed that dancing became a very important part of my life and I became someone who not only can dance, but who has to dance. I started feel better, lost weight.

Goal and personal development

 So, my goal is to become a good dancer, choreographer and dance teacher.

 I know there is a long and hard way ahead, but it doesn’t frighten me. I’ve already done some steps to make my dreams come true and I’m not going to give up.

I’ve decided to move to Switzerland and continue my education there. So, now I’m studying German, using the Internet and books that good people gave me. Switzerland inspires me, and my best friend lives there.

I’ve decided to give my belongings to charity (I don’t think my stuff is very valuable, but maybe it can be useful for somebody).

I practice every day even at home and I already have good results.

I stopped eating unhealthy food and drink alcohol.

Your support

I don’t have money, which is, of course, important, but I have strong wills and it is more important, I suppose.  I have a good opportunity to move to Switzerland and study there. I’ve already have some savings, but it’s not enough. So, I need about 7000$.

I ask you to help me make my dream come true. All I need is financial support, everything else I can and will do by myself.
