My team and I are known as NAVIGATOR ISLAND PICTURES and we are a small INDEPENDENT GROUP of AMERICAN SAMOA FILMMAKERS who are humbly asking for help to FUND our FIRST feature length COMEDY entitled SEKI A OE: A CRAZY SAMOAN LOVE STORY which we are currently filming here in American Samoa and are slating for local release on approximately December 13, 2013.

Thanks to the SUCCESS and COMPLETION of a previous FUNDRAZR project we were able to SUPPORT ourselves as ARTISTS and begin PRODUCING this movie INDEPENDENTLY but have run into an EMERGENCY NEED for FUNDING again.

We are INCORPORATING a VARIETY of UP and COMING TALENTED INDIVIDUALS from American Samoa to STAR and WORK on this MOVIE PROJECT basically having heavily ENLISTED YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENTS from our local community college because we believe they hold the key to the success of our future filmmaking endavors including the fact that a lot of our original team members are local community college students as well :)

We are on a very TIGHT FILMING SCHEDULE which requries us to conduct filming within a ONE MONTH period and to get all the EDITING, SCORING, SOUND DESIGN, and FINAL PROCESSING done within the same time frame. WE KNOW AND HAVE THE ABILITY to ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL but we have found ourselves in DIRE NEED of EXTRA FUNDING to SUPPORT us with TRANSPORATION, MEALS, EQUIPMENT and PROPERTY RENTAL, SET DESIGNS, and COSTUMES.

The Samoan phrase itself means "You Are Awesome," yet what's so awesome about this movie? The answer lies in the characters and their story.

First there's Jack, a hopeless romantic of a guy living in a small village. Then there's Angel, a girl who is a down-to-Earth in-the-closet-party-goer. Sparks fly and it's love at first sight for Jack when fate brings him face to face with Angel, but ultimately, she's just too preoccupied with her life to figure it out.
