Rotten Rottie is taking in the owner surrender. The owner contacted us and said, "My name is Joy and I have a 3 yr old pedigree Rottweiler named Titan that's in need of home and surgery. I recently adopted him myself on Jan 10, 2013. Unfortunately, I've been laid off my job of 17 yrs. Last weekend Titan was diagnosed with a torn ACL in his right hind leg which will be expensive to repair. Titan is walking, but with a severe limp, I can no longer afford him, given my new situation. I got Titan from a guy in Ahwatukee who recently moved in with his girlfriend who had 3 yr old triplets. The girlfriend didn't like Titan so with great apprehension he gave the dog to me after my Rottweiler died of cancer. Less than a month later he & his girlfriend broke up and he's been living with friends ever since trying to get back on his feet. I talk to Titan's previous owner often and actually he's the one who found your name on the internet and asked me to call you. We are both heartbroken over this situation and are desperately trying to find this really good dog a home and the help that he needs. Titan is house trained (dependable), happy, friendly with all pets & children. An exceptionally good looking dog with great markings. His original owner paid $3000 for him"

Joy has to move this coming weekend and Joy can not take Titan with her. She has surrendered Titan to RRR but we do not have the funds to have the surgery done that he needs, So the rottweiler lovers in the past have helped us support the dogs that are in our care and we thought that we would humbly ask again. I can't take Titan in and not be able to have the surgery done. That is not fair to Titan and he will be very difficult to find someone to adopt him knowing that he needs a $3000 surgery ASAP. Please help us help this boy.
