Fiona has the opportunity to compete in the USA Irish Dance Alliance 2026 Provincials

While we are doing our best, there are many expenses involved, so we are reaching to our network for support. 

• Fiona
  Fiona has been in Irish Dance for 7 years and has continued to gain skills and experience. She competed last fall for the first time and won her first medal! She enjoyed the event so much and wants to participate again this year. 
  
• Irish Dance
  Fiona has gained so much out of her dancing career. She is independent, loves a challenge, and not afraid to make mistakes. She has built many friendships and loves supporting others and cheering them on. 
• Provincials
  The competition takes place in Pennsylvania in November. Irish Dance schools affiliated with USAIDA attend from around the country. This is an amazing opportunity for Fiona to cheer her friends, see new dancers, make new friends, and learn resilience and confidence. Last year, she only did a partner dance. This year she wants to compete as a soloist in soft and hard shoe. 
• Help
  With an event such as this, there are additional costs beyond our usual monthly needs. She will be taking an extra class for Ceili, a partner dance, for the next three months. We also have registration fees, costume, hair, gas, food and hotel expenses. I believe in Fiona's drive and ambition, and experiences like this are vital for her future. Fiona is putting her own efforts into this as well. She has already had a successful lemonade stand and has plans for more fundraising events between now and October. If you feel called to contribute, any help you can give will be extremely appreciated!!! Irish dancers kick butt, and she's hoping to get her chance in November!
