Hello burner family,

 In the past few years, we took a different approach to funding the No Drama Bar by asking village members for contributions, although it is not mandatory. The contributions were used to buy alcohol, mixers, ice, and other items needed to run the bar smoothly. This method has been very successful. In previous years, village members contributed a total of over $7,000, which greatly helped in purchasing necessary items. During the 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023 Burns, we served over 5,000 drinks per week to the Black Rock Community from the No Drama Bar. The success of the contributions from the community in previous years is why the No Drama bar has able to operate so effectively. 

Now with our new location at 4:30 and B we are expecting even more traffic to your favorite burner bar.  The bar will be open to the entire Black Rock Community from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM daily.  Please remember that the bar is open to all Silicon Village camp members at all times, reflecting the adage, "membership has its privileges."

As usual, different camps have the opportunity to host Happy Hours at the bar. Currently, we have a number of scheduled events, including The Annual No Drama Bar Burnin' Man Kickoff (sponsored by No Drama camp), Tu Tus Sunday (sponsored by Muse camp), Flogging and Bad Boy Brew (sponsored by Bad Boy camp), Pizza Party (sponsored by Code Name camp), and Upside Down Cocktails (sponsored by Joyism). More events will be added as we approach the date. In previous years, the bar has hosted events such as the Wine & Body Paint Spectacular, a Slack Line (not sure if this is supposed to be a sobriety test?), Bacon & Bloody Mary breakfast, an Oktoberfest event, and a fire pit. 

To ensure another successful event this year, we are seeking contributions from our wonder supporters to help cover the cost of stocking the bar. It is important to note that contributions are completely voluntary. If you're able and willing to contribute, we would greatly appreciate it, as it will significantly help with the procurement costs.

P.S. If you have an idea and would like to host a happy hour event, we would love to hear about it to help make it happen.
