Hello. My name is Tim. Last April I moved to my moms to help watch my 96 year old step dad while she had reconstructive back surgery. She had a 9 hour surgery broke into 2 days. One April 4th and one April 6th. She didn’t get out till April 18th. The next 4 months were tough. While she’s trying to heal my stepdad got ill. In the hospital for 4-5 days, back home, back to the hospital, in a nursing home twice for 2 weeks a piece. He was old. Led a great life. He passed and God took him home October 4th. Since then it’s been sad around the house. I’ve stayed with mom hoping she would show signs of being ok by herself. She doesn’t do well by herself. I’m trying to figure out how to pay taxes on the home he left mom. Her and a friend have been cleaning out and getting the house ready to sell after it gets released from the court. I’m trying to raise 1400. To take care of taxes. I’m not sure how to raise or ask for help for money. I appreciate any advice I can get and donations. Also any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
