My name is Tim Dever. I have decided to start a class action lawsuit against the Governor and the State of Illinois for infringing on our rights. If you donate any amount and you reside in Illinois you will be part of this class action suit. A donation is not required. You can also contact me to be part of this lawsuit without donating. You can donate as little as $5 to get things started in our favor. All donations will go towards our representation. The goal is to have the Governor replaced for his infringement on our right to liberty. Read the Declaration of Independence portion below that clearly states he must be replaced for his infringements on our God given rights. He has effectively made himself a King. He has used a virus with a +99% recovery rate to become the King of Illinois. What good is the 4th of July and our independence from the British if we are to allow a governor to take our rights away 244 years later? We must now declare our independence from J.B Pritzker. States he swore to uphold and protect. J.B Pritzker BLATANTLY ignored
the Constitution of Illinois he swore to uphold and protect. He has
infringed on the rights of everyone residing in Illinois. He must be
stopped. If you don't think so read on. Our founding documents are
very clear. It is also very clear that he infringed on the Bill of
Rights and The Declaration of Independence. Details are
below.
Governor Pritzker must be held accountable for his
overreach and his refusal to uphold, protect and abide by the United
States and the Illinois State Constitution. He took an oath to uphold
and protect them on January 14th 2019 and has done the exact opposite.
I understand the concern over a virus. I also understand we have
rights and our rights do not end based on the fear of others or a
governor who has determined he is now a king or a dictator. Our
founding documents made no mention of our rights being eliminated due
to a virus or any other ailment. The Illinois Constitution gave him 30
days for a state of emergency then a vote needed to happen. That vote
never occurred. His emergency orders can not go on indefinitely based
solely on his opinion, overreach and abuse of power.
I appreciate that our President created recommendations and
guidelines. Recommendations and guidelines I personally have followed
because, by definition they are acceptable as recommendations that do
not infringe on rights. I don't take to orders by renegade
billionaires trampling on not one, but two constitutions and our God
given rights to liberty and happiness. One man has no right to
infringe on my rights and the rights of all the residents of Illinois.
Our rights were give by our Creator not a Governor. He can not take
away what he has not given. We do not reside in communist China or
North Korea. At least we didn't until recently. This is not America
the land of the enslaved and the home of the fearful. This is the
United States of America, The LAND of The FREE and The HOME of The
BRAVE. We are not afraid of a virus and we certainly are not in fear
of an out of control Tyrannical, Draconian Governor.
He has also trampled on our rights provided to us by our creator
under the Declaration of Independence. It is very clear that we have a
right to pursue happiness and he has TOTALLY eliminated that right. It
also appears he has infringed on our rights under the Bill of Rights,
Article V. It outlines that one must not be deprived of life, liberty
or property without due process of law. This is pertaining to one that
commits a crime. We have not committed a crime, we have not
experienced due process but yet our rights to liberty have been taken away.
We are filing a lawsuit and we will request that Attorney General
Barr remove Governor Pritzker from office immediately as he has
created a constitutional crisis on both a state and federal level. The
Declaration of Independence clearly states based on his actions he
must be removed. See details below. It's in black and white, one only
has to read the Declaration of Independence to see he is to be REPLACED!
I understand this is a huge battle to undertake, but his actions
are inexcusable at best and communist or criminal at worst. I am not
willing to sit idle and watch my state be destroyed while my neighbors
and friends rights are taken away by his overreach and his blatant
breach of his oath of office and the trampling of two constitutions.

U.S. Constitution Breach
Amendment XIV. Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratifi ed July
9, 1868. (Note: Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution was modified
by Section 2 of the 14th Amendment.) SECTION 1. All persons born or
naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction
thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein
they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which
shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United
States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within
its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. He did
not even create or pass a law yet he has deprived us of liberty.
Making a law impeding on our liberty would have been bad enough. He
just declared we no longer have liberty. This is not acceptable!
Websters dictionary defines liberty as the following.
1 : the quality or state of being free: a : the power to do as
one pleases. b : freedom from physical restraint. c : freedom from
arbitrary or despotic (see despot sense 1) control. d : the positive
enjoyment of various social, political, or economic rights and privileges.

disaster, as defined in Section 4, the Governor may, by proclamation
declare that a disaster exists. Upon such proclamation, the
Governor shall have and may exercise for a period not to exceed 30

that the lapse of the emergency powers shall not, as regards any act
or acts occurring or committed within the 30-day period, deprive any
person, firm, corporation, political subdivision, or body politic of
any right or rights to compensation or reimbursement which he, she,
it, or they may have under the provisions of this Act:

The Declaration of Independence breach.
He has infringed on our rights given to us by our creator. He
infringed on our right to pursue liberty and happiness. According to
the declaration he must be replaced.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted
among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the
governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or
to abolish it, and to institute new Government
He has clearly become destructive and must be removed based on
the declaration of independence, our rights do not get eliminated or
become null and void because of a virus and an overreaching governor.

public and private gatherings of 1,000 people or more
Closes the

continuous service requirement for state employees to receive
advancement of sick leave
COVID-19 Executive Order No. 3: Closes
all public and private K-12 schools through March 30
Suspends
definition of student “chronic absences” so that it will not include
absences due to COVID-19 closures and absences

requirement that school districts gain approval for the implementation
of e-learning programs

the closure of schools does not close the buildings for food provision
or noneducational purposes like polling places

restaurants must cease all on-premises consumption through March 30

Suspends one-week waiting period for
unemployment claims
Suspends Open Meetings Act requirement that
members of a public body must be physically present. Encourages
postponing official government business when possible, and when
conducting government business can’t be postponed, making video and
phone access available to the public

expiration of vehicle registration, driver’s licenses, parking decals,
state ID cards and related proceedings

requirements for statements of economic interest by certain public
officials and state employees under governmental ethics laws

insurance issuers regulated by the Department of Insurance cover the
costs of in-network telehealth services
March 20:
COVID-19 Executive Order No. 8: Orders residents
to stay at home, barring exceptions such as essential travel for
essential work or supplies, exercise and recreation, through
April 7.
Defines essential businesses, operations and
government functions that are exempt from the order
Reduces
allowable public and private gathering size to no more than 10

Orders all law enforcement officers to cease enforcing
eviction orders for residential premises
March 23:
COVID-19 Executive Order No. 9: Suspends
requirement that Department of Corrections provide relevant state’s
attorney’s office 14 days’ notice before an inmate receives an early
release for good conduct and replaces with requirement that notice be
provided as far in advance as possible or as quickly as
possible
Makes several minor revisions, clarifications or
additions to previous executive orders
March 24:
COVID-19 Executive Order No. 10: Suspends
prohibition on hiring nursing assistants who are inactive on the
Healthcare Worker Registry if they meet certain criteria
Extends
the conditional employment period for nurse assistants pending
fingerprinting/criminal background check
Suspends provision
requiring 30-day written notice from the Department of Juvenile
Justice before a youth inmates target release date and replaces with
requirement that the department notify the state’s attorney’s office
